TRANSIT, HANDLING, ORDER CUT-OFF TIME, AND DELIVERY TIME
  • Transit Time: 6 to 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.
  • Delivery Time: Your order will typically be delivered within 7 to 12 Business Days from the time it is placed.
DELIVERY TERMS

We primarily ship orders using FedEx to ensure reliability and timely delivery.

We mostly use FedEx to deliver the product. But it is not compulsory that we use FedEx, We can change Delivery Platform anytime depending on Shipping Charges, Shipping Area and Shipping time required by the customer

SHIPPING COST
  • For our Customers, We have a very minimal flat rate of shipping all over USA which is $6.99 USD.
Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Orders

If the customer places an order for the wrong product, the responsibility lies with the customer. In such cases:

The customer will be required to cover the actual shipping charges for returning the product.
The customer will also need to pay for the shipping charges for re-sending the correct product, if applicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review their order before confirming the purchase.

INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER

If the customer provides incorrect information, such as an invalid email address, phone number, or other inaccurate details, and we are unable to confirm the order as a result, the responsibility will lie with the customer. It is the customer’s obligation to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the order process. Failure to do so may result in delays or the inability to process and deliver the order.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We are unable to change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us promptly at support@chikheaven.com before your order is dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

WRONG ADDRESS

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, and the shipment cannot be delivered, the product will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it upon delivery and inform the courier. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please contact our customer service team at support@chikheaven.com for assistance and next steps.

Sales tax is included in both the product price and shipping rates, as applicable.
